Affiliate Program TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Joining Go To Russia Travel, Inc Affiliate Program

   By submitting the registration form to become an affiliate of Go To Russia Travel, Inc you are bound by the terms of this agreement. As an affiliate of Go To Russia Travel, Inc, you agree to employ the affiliate program for the sole purpose of legally advertising Go To Russia Travel, Inc s website with the goal of receiving commission on the services rendered by the referred clients. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee approval. Go To Russia Travel, Inc reserves the right to decline any application without providing any reason.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status

   Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

   • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
   • Promotion of sexually explicit materials
   • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
   • Inappropriate advertisements (misleading hyperlinks, false claims,)
   • Violation of intellectual property rights (see Terms and Conditions)
   
   
3. Affiliate Links

   Use of graphics and text links on your website and within e-mails is encouraged, as long as the above guidelines are followed. Advertising in offline media such as classified ads, magazines, and newspapers must come with pre-approval from Go To Russia Travel, Inc. Altering of the provided Go To Russia Travel, Inc banners and text links without obtaining consent from Go To Russia Travel, Inc is prohibited.

4. Affiliate Tracking

   Upon clicking the referral link, a cookie is created in the browser of the referred client containing your affiliate id. This allows us to track the referrer and apply commission to his/her affiliate account. Additionally, IP address of the client is logged and referenced to the affiliate ID for reinforced tracking. Commission will be awarded regardless of the time of purchase, whether the client makes the purchase right after following your referral link or at a later time, the affiliate system will track how the client was referred to Go To Russia Travel, Inc and credit your account.

5. Terms of the agreement

   These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

   Current Commission Rate for each type of services is available in your private account.

6. Money transfer commission

   Affiliate rewards are paid by Paypal, Web Money or by Wire transfer in accordance with the following terms:

   • PayPal charges a transfer fee of 5%. This amount will be subtracted from the total owed to you.
   • Webmoney transferes are subject to 0.8% commission. You will receive the amount requested less the Webmoney commission.
   • Wire transfers of your commissions are available via our bank account in Atlanta, USA. They are subject to a $45 wiring fee emposed by our bank. You will receive the amount requested less the USD45 commission.
   
   
7. Liability

   We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

   We will not be liable for

   • loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
   • business interruption;
   • loss of anticipated savings;
   • loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
   • any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
